Stayed at a place where the WiFi actually worked, amazing! The garden and terrace were perfect for some outdoor relaxing, and I loved having a private entrance, made me feel like a secret agent.
Got to experience the exquisite joy of cold air blowing out of the heating system, what a treat!

Stayed at a beautiful villa in Leeds for a night and had a great experience. The industrial style decor and comfy beds were sublime. The rooftop terrace and separate lounge area were a nice touch. Snacks and drinks were available at reasonable prices. Loved the chilled-out furnishings!
One specific situation we experienced was a small leak on the stairs leading to the balcony. Although we forgot to mention it at check-out, we took the initiative to put a mop bucket there to prevent any inconvenience.

The apartment at Blayds Yard was absolutely amazing! The bedroom was cozy and the flat-screen TV made us feel right at home. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a stovetop, fridge, and kettle. We loved cooking our own meals and enjoying them together as a family.
Personally, I found the two bathrooms a bit unnecessary, but I can see how some guests might appreciate having the extra space and convenience.

The industrial-style decor at Blayds Yard was truly unique and added a trendy touch to the overall design. The spacious layout of the villa was impressive, and we particularly loved the balcony area which provided a superb spot to relax. The high quality modern television and great lighting enhanced our stay. The shower was fantastic, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The location of the property was perfect, with great bars, clubs, and attractions such as the Corn Exchange and Millennium Square within easy reach.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of an en-suite in each bedroom and some noise transfer between floors, it didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. We found it quite amusing, to be honest!

We loved the unique industrial decor and the spacious design of the hotel. The thought put into the design was evident and added to the overall experience. The balcony area was a great addition and provided a nice outdoor space. The high-quality modern television and great lighting were also standout features. The shower was excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to bars, clubs, and popular attractions.
There was no dishcloth provided, although this was not a major issue. Additionally, the noise from the bar next to the hotel was quite disruptive, especially during warm evenings.

I had a fantastic stay at Blayds Yard in Leeds! The value for money was excellent, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The highlight was definitely the roof terrace, where my friends and I enjoyed our evenings, sipping wine and listening to music. The vibe was amazing!
Although there was a minor inconvenience with the apartment not matching the online pictures and the lack of TVs in the rooms, it didn't really bother us. We were more focused on enjoying the overall experience.
